Refund policy

This policy is in effect for three calendar days from the date of purchase. If you receive your order and are unsatisfied, you can return the product for a refund. We can’t issue a refund if it’s been three or more days since you purchased the product.

Refund Terms

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

    • The product differs from its description.
    • The product must be unopened.
    • The product must be in its original packaging.
    • The product must not have been used.
    • The product must not have been damaged.
    • All returns are inspected to ensure the above criteria are met. If the product does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Proof of purchase

    • We need an invoice, purchase order, or other proof of purchase to complete the refund process. Please note that we will not issue a refund without proof of purchase.

Shipped products

    • To return your products purchased from our online store, contact us through our communication channels. Our staff will process the return or exchange of your respective products. You must ensure that the goods are adequately packaged and not damaged during transit. If the product has arrived damaged or used beyond what is necessary to inspect it reasonably, we may refuse the return process.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
